Alejandro Cabrera is the Founder and CEO of MBSK360 Outsourcing, a Philippine-based outsourcing company and virtual assistant training academy dedicated to helping global businesses scale through reliable remote support.
With over 14 years of experience in the BPO industry and more than 7 years specializing in Real Estate Virtual Assistance, he brings extensive expertise in customer service, lead generation, cold calling, and real estate administration. His professional journey spans multiple industries, including Real Estate, Timeshare, Insurance, and SaaS, where he has led high-performing teams in inbound support, telemarketing, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
His deep operational knowledge and mastery of CRM systems, dialers, and workflow tools allow MBSK360 to deliver not just skilled manpower, but process-driven and results-focused support that aligns with clients’ growth objectives.
